PayPAMS is an online payment system that allows parents to pay for their student’s meals online 24-hours a day using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards. Debit cards that have a MasterCard or Visa logo are also accepted.

Please note it takes one to two school days for a payment to replenish your child’s account at the school cafeteria. Access PayPAMS by clicking on the link below.

Pin Code System

Our schools use a computerized meal credit system to account for student meals and a la carte purchases. Similar to a bank account, each student may deposit any amount of money into his or her account. To access this account, each student is assigned his/her own PIN number. The account may only be used for purchase of meals and a la carte food items. Money may be refunded at a parent's or guardians written request.

Payment Methods

  • Cash: Cash can be deposited to meal account and meal price will be deducted from account each time a purchase is made.
  • Check: To deposit money to meal account using a check, please make payable to Cherry Creek Schools Food and Nutrition Services.
  • Online Payment: Pay for meals using the PayPAMS online payment system. Use the Prepay Online link above to access PayPams.

Refunds

To receive a refund from student meal account, please submit request in writing to school’s kitchen manager or by email to Alex Bilozub at abilozub@cherrycreekschools.org.
