*Parents who have already registered to use the district system in the 2017-2018 school year     will use the same username and password for 2018-2019.

*Parents new to CCSD must first create a parent account once you click the district registration   button. You should have the following information available: Parent First and Last Name,   Birthdate and Student ID for at least one of the children, and a Personal Email Address.

Click the appropriate button below for the grade level of the student during the 2018-2019 school year. Please read all the information. It is not necessary to print all of this, just the last few pages.

Bring your completed forms and any required payment to Cherokee Trail High School on the day indicated below. Student photos will be taken for yearbook, pictures, and ID's. School dress code will be followed for pictures. Check-In will take about 90 minutes to complete.

In order to go through the Check-In, the student checking in must be present at Check-In on the designated date. It is highly recommended that a parent/guardian of 9th and 10th grade students accompany their student at Check-In.
